Lagos State Government has authoritatively declared the wiping out of the 2018 Land Use Charge and returned to pre-2018 rates.
Review that administration of previous Governor Akinwunmi Ambode had canceled the underlying Land Use Charge law supplanting it with amended copy.

The state Commissioner for Finance, Dr Rabiu Olowo and his Information and Strategy partner, Mr Gbenga Omotoso, on Wednesday, reported this at a media briefing in Alausa, Ikeja.
The administration additionally declared a waiver for punishments ashore use charge for 2017, 2018 and 2019, which Olowo evaluated to lost income totalling N5.6 billion.
