Popular Nollywood actress and media personality, Nancy Isime, has announced that she is taking a break from social media to focus on her personal happiness and inner peace.
The 34-year-old actress made the announcement via her official Instagram page while celebrating the New Year from Mauritius, where she revealed that she would be logging off social media indefinitely.
Wishing her millions of followers a Happy New Year, Isime expressed optimism about 2026, describing it as “the year of our dreams,” while appreciating fans for their unwavering love and support.
According to her, the decision to step back is part of her usual routine of disconnecting to reconnect with herself.
She, however, assured fans that her absence would not be permanent, promising to return when the time feels right.
“Happy New Yearrrrrrr. It’s 2026 already here in Mauritius, so permit me to be the first to wish you a Happy New Year, my Loves!! 2026 will be the year of our dreams!! Aii, time to log off Social media till further notice, as usual. Let me focus on my Happiness and Peace. See ya when I see y’all. I Love Youuu,” she wrote.
Nancy Isime has previously taken similar breaks from social media, often citing the need for balance and self-care.
