Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has stirred concern among fans after hinting at a marital crisis with her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

In a deeply emotional Instagram post, the actress expressed sadness and heartbreak, describing life as “funny” despite her efforts to stay positive. Regina, who has often portrayed joy and confidence publicly, said she now finds herself battling emotional struggles she once encouraged others to overcome.
“Life is actually funny. It’s very funny I’m sad or heartbroken. I’m now seated at the very chair I tried to raise people up from,” she wrote.
Regina noted that she has always been an advocate for happiness and finding joy in the smallest things, including food, but admitted that sadness can be “spiritually and physically draining.”
“Sadness is spiritually and physically draining. Life equals living. Just live,” she added.
The actress also revealed that she often motivates herself through emotional moments, even when overwhelmed by her own thoughts and responsibilities.
“Funny part? I’m my biggest motivation. I cry, look myself in the mirror and then wipe them! When I reason responsibilities and demons to deaf, I’m not mad to shut the fuck up,” she wrote.
