Kim Petras, a German singer based in the US, has canceled all of her summer festival performances after receiving medical advice due to undisclosed health issues.

On her Instagram page on Wednesday, she wrote: “I’m devastated to be writing this but I’m going through some health issues and under medical advice I had to make the hard decision to not perform at festivals this summer.”
Kim Petras promised to be “back better than ever very soon.”
Kim Petras is scheduled to perform at multiple events in the coming months. She is set to take the stage at the Primavera Sound Festival in Spain on May 29, the Mighty Hoopla in the United Kingdom on June 1, the Primavera Sound Porto in Portugal on June 6, LadyLand in New York City on June 28, and the Capitol Hill Block Party in Seattle in July.
