The Lagos State Government has stopped the planned to reopening of worship centers in Lagos state due to increase in Coronavirus (COVID19) in the state.
Mosques and churches were to reopened on Friday, June 19 and Sunday, June 21 respectively.
According to the governor, the development is as a result of the rising cases of COVID-19 in the state.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced the decision at a press briefing on Tuesday.
