Reality TV star and actress Liquorose has shared intimate details about her personal life, career journey, and future aspirations during a recent appearance on the Off the Top podcast with VJ Adams.
Speaking on how she created the name that has now become a defining part of her public identity, Liquorose explained:
“I picked Liquorose on December 31, 2012. I drink like liquor and my name is Rosaline as well. I’m a very shy person too. My mum says in her language, ‘Alcohol is never shy.’”
The actress also opened up about the downside of her demanding schedule, noting that it keeps her away from home more than she would prefer.
“I don’t go home often, it’s bad. I miss my home, I miss my bed. We are very close in my family… we know how to make each other laugh. The last time I was in the hood was last year because I do this charity stuff every December. That was the last time—and it’s bad.”
In a revelation that surprised many fans, Liquorose said she dreams of having a big family someday.
“I want nine kids,” she declared.
On marriage, the 30-year-old star reflected on how her perception has changed over time. She said she once imagined getting married quietly without public attention.
“Growing up, I used to be that girl who could get married and nobody would know.”
However, she now envisions a grand celebration.
“At one point I thought… I want a two-week wedding. I want something loud because it’s going to be a lot. Liquorrose is taken! Officially. I have to do that.”
