Chief Obi Cubana, South-East Coordinator of the City Boy Movement (CBM), has called on Nigerian youths to key into President Bola Tinubu’s youth-driven programmes, describing them as a pathway to future leadership.
Speaking in Abuja after his decoration as CBM South-East Coordinator, Cubana said the Tinubu administration has shown strong commitment to youth development, adding that political power would eventually shift to the younger generation.
He urged youths to embrace issue-based politics, discipline and consistency, stressing that leadership preparation must start now.
According to him, a “wind of positive change” is sweeping through Nigeria’s political space under President Tinubu, which young Nigerians must engage with focus and resilience.
Earlier, CBM Director-General, Francis Shoga, described the massive turnout at the event as proof of the movement’s growing influence, noting that CBM is grooming young professionals and business leaders for key political offices ahead of 2027.
