Nollywood actress Sunshine Rosman has shared some personal insight into her lifestyle choices, revealing that she neither drinks alcohol nor smokes — yet still has one of the most vibrant and energetic personalities in the room.

Speaking on the Open Up Podcast, Sunshine explained that people are often shocked by her party energy and vibes because they assume she must be “high on something.”
But according to her, her happiness and excitement come naturally.
“People often ask me what I drink after seeing my videos. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke either. But at a party, I’ll be more turnt than anybody there,” she said.
She recalled a cast-and-crew celebration in Enugu where many were convinced she had taken alcohol due to how hard she was dancing.
“Somebody asked me what I drank, I said, ‘Nothing.’ I don’t need anything to influence me. God has given me all the happiness and highness I need.”
Sunshine also opened up about a phase in her career when she felt empty despite getting acting gigs, saying she had to rediscover her inner joy.
Her message is clear — happiness can be natural, authentic, and self-sustained.
